Adding Mobile Number to Virtual Card

By default, the Virtual Card will only display your registered email address. To include your mobile number, please follow the steps below. ( it might not be applicable to all events)

  1. Click on your My Schedule 
  2. Click the "Edit" button on the Notifications 
  3. Click on SMS - Enter Country Code and Mobile number 
  4. Click Save 
  5. Alternatively, if it shows My Connections rather than My Schedule, you still can input your mobile number while sending a virtual contact card.

Sending Virtual Contact Card

  1. Click the "Messages" icon on the top right-hand corner
  2. Click on the connection you would like to communicate
  3. Click on the 'ID Icon' below the text box 
  4. You can input/edit your Phone No before sending your card
  5. Send virtual contact card for the other party to save on their mobile directly

Accessing Instant Call

*Important* Instant call function works best for web desktop view. For more details on supported browsers, please click here

How to access the instant call function on chat

  1. Toggle to the "Messages" icon at the top right hand corner  
  2. Select the person you want to send a call invite
  3. Click the video icon to send an instant video call meeting. You can whether to have an immediate instant video call or schedule it.

If you want to delete the message, click the "x" button. Please note that the message deletion is irreversible.

**Please note that this is an add-on feature. Your account may not have an instant call. 

Select "Allow" before entering the meeting room

Please note the following:

  1. Can only be accessed within a 1-hour time range from the creation
  2. Invalidated 1 hour after creation time
  3. Maximum 2 call requests for each connection

Messaging Your Connections:

Messaging is only available for connections/meetings that have been confirmed. You may then communicate with the other party via the messaging function within the app.

  1. Sending images/documents
  2. Virtual Contact Card
  3. Instant call if it is available
  4. Manage Meeting Details 

If you want to delete the message, click the "x" button. Please note that the message deletion is irreversible
