Removing Your Account Permanently

If you are no longer interested in participating in the event or wish to remove your account for any reason, you can permanently delete your account from our engagement hub. However, please note that once you delete your account, this action is irreversible. Here are the steps to permanently remove your account:


  1. Access App Settings: Click on your profile button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select "App settings" to access your notification settings.


  1. Select "Remove My Account": Once you have accessed the App Settings, click on the "Remove My Account" option.

  1. Confirm Deletion: A prompt will appear asking if you are sure that you want to delete your account. If you are sure, click on "Yes, delete" to proceed.

  1. Account Successfully Deleted: After confirming the deletion, your account will be permanently removed from our engagement hub.

It's important to note that deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of all your account data, including meeting history and any other information associated with your account. Before taking this action, please ensure that you have exported or backed up any important data that you wish to keep.
