How to do Product Inquiry

When you have an interest in a certain product, you are able to inquire about the product through the company's representative. For details on how to communicate with the company's representative, click here.

There are three options when you want to inquire about a product:

1. I have a product inquiry

Select the product you want to make an inquiry on and click the Send button

After the inquiry is sent, you can select "Continue chat" to further the conversation about the product you are inquiring on or you can click the "Browse" button if you want to explore more products.

2. Here's my namecard 

You can choose the information you want to send (email and phone number) and send the name card.

3. I have a question

This option will bring you to the chat message feature.
