How to Bookmark or Archive Attendee Profiles

Save or Bookmark Attendees/Contacts

Google Meet has a useful feature that enables you to save or bookmark attendee profiles. This feature can help you keep track of important contacts and make the most of your networking opportunities. 


To do this:

  1. Go to the Meet tab located at the top
  2. Click on the Search Tab
  3. Search for Attendee Profiles 
  4. When you have found an attendee's profile of your interest, click on the "Bookmark" star to save the attendee's profile to your bookmarks.

                                 



  5. Access your Bookmarks by enabling the "Bookmarked" option. This will bring up a list of all the attendees you have bookmarked.

Archive an attendee's Profile


If you want to archive an attendee's profile from the "Meet" page, here are the steps:

1. Click the "Archive" icon on the profile of the attendee you want to archive.

To archive an attendee's profile on the "Meet" page, follow these steps:


  1. Find the attendee's profile and click on the "Archive" icon.



  2. Confirm that you want to archive the profile by clicking "Yes, archive"



  3. The attendee's profile will now be moved to the "Archived" tab and can only be found here


4. To unarchive an attendee's profile, go to the "Archived" tab and click on the "Archived" in the profile you want to restore.
